TESTIMIONAL

Mr. Hunt,

I caught a 20 lb. 2 oz. wild Coho on a Firefish lure (dark purple top, iridescent white bottom) in Raleigh Bassage, B.C. - August 20, 2004.

In addition to attracting salmon for sportfishers, Firefish lures are beautiful, unique pieces of art. You are a tru artisan!

Please let me know if you have available or can create a Firefish lure with a dark lime green and chartreuse top and an iridescent white bottom, with a dark green/chartreuse "hoochie" on the hook.

Thank you,
Mitzi Baker -
Sequim, Washington - USA

PS. I purchased my Firefish lures last May at Tyee Marine, Campbell River.

Hi Bob,

I saw your product at our local sport shop here in Port McNeill and thought 'what the hey', I'll give it a try. We were going to the West coast in the morning and thought it would be a good test for it.

Well I've got to say, the first fish in the boat was a 24-pound Spring, on one of your Firefish lures! Damn thing works!

Will be going back out tomorrow and will try it again.

P.S. We're off to Rivers Inlet in 2 weeks and can't wait to see what happens up there!

Thanks,

Hi Cari-Anne & Bob,

Things got better!! On Sunday July 23 we were on Adams Lake across from Brennan Creek and hooked a 6# rainbow - we were still barbless, so it was a half hour fight. Attached are a couple of photos.

Jim would like to try a blue lure - our fishing partners claim blue has been working and they have had great luck - but then they could be b-s-ing us too.

We picked up your lure at Shuswap Marina in Blind Bay. We use a leaded core line, so probably 25 - 30 feet deep and trolling at 600 rpm (we have a 20' Campion Allante).

Hi Bob

We tried out your Firefish lure on Sunday July 16. We were fishing by the can buoy on the Little Shuswap and within 15 minutes had this rainbow on the line.

We only fish barbless, catch and release so I was unable to get a good photo. This was around 2+ pounds and for all the weight of the lure and sinking line had quite a lot of fight. About 15 minutes later another smaller rainbow hit.

Things settled down then and we just enjoyed the great scenery and weather.
