Cari-Anne Hunt's love of fishing has become a lifelong passion.

She began fishing at a young age while growing up on the beautiful Shuswap Lake in B.C.'s Interior. When she's not working, she's fishing and on most occasions she can out-fish the boys. Her bubbly personality means she loves to chat-by phone or by e-mail-finding out who's catching what and where! And she's proud of the fact that she talks with Italo Labignan and Darryl Chronzey, even though her dad says she sounds like she's 12-years-old on the phone!

Before moving to Oyster Bay on Vancouver Island to live with her dad, Cari-Anne travelled to Taiwan to teach English for four years and lived in Sun Peaks Resort, B.C. for seven years.

Although she misses resort life and snowboarding she loves living by the ocean. Cari-Anne has been known to enjoy a few beers, now and again, and has recently used her artistic talent, normally reserved for fused glass jewellery, to create her own series of Lady Luck Firefish lures for Firefish Ventures.
